All Bets are Final: Once a bet is placed within any X92 Bet Online Game (e.g., Ludo, Teen Patti, or Crash), it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded.

Service Commencement: Our services begin the moment a bet is accepted by the server. Under Pakistan’s digital service standards, no refunds are offered once the service has effectively started.

We understand that technical errors can occur during the funding process.

  1. Failed Transactions: If your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account is debited but the funds do not appear in your X92 APK balance within 24 hours, you are eligible for a manual credit or a refund.
  2. Required Proof: To claim a deposit refund, you must provide a screenshot of the Transaction ID (TID) from your mobile wallet app and your registered X92 Bet mobile number.
  3. Duplicate Deposits: If our system processes a duplicate transaction due to a technical glitch, we will refund the extra amount after a successful verification process.
  1. User-Initiated Cancellation: Users cannot “cancel” a deposit once the transaction has been authorized via their JazzCash/EasyPaisa PIN.
  2. Account Deletion: If you choose to delete your X92 App account, you must withdraw your remaining “Withdrawable Balance” beforehand. Any “Bonus Balance” or “Promotional Credits” are non-refundable and will be forfeited upon account cancellation.
  3. Server-Side Cancellation: If a game is cancelled by the X92 game servers due to a technical crash or maintenance. The stakes for that specific round will be returned to the player’s wallet balance automatically.

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  1. Dissatisfaction with Results: Losses incurred due to gameplay, lack of skill, or chance are strictly non-refundable.
  2. Connectivity Issues: We are not responsible for losses caused by the user’s poor internet connection or device failure during an active match.
  3. Account Ban: If an account is suspended for violating our Terms and Conditions (e.g., cheating or using multiple accounts). All balances within the X92 Bet earning app are forfeited and non-refundable.

Once a withdrawal request is submitted in the X92 Download APK dashboard, it enters a processing state.

  • Users may cancel a withdrawal request only if it is still in the “Pending” status.
